Our creamy, full flavored Blue Cheese is made in small batches the old fashioned way.  The rich blue flavor will enhance any salad.  Spread on your favorite crusty bread or create your own Blue Cheese dressing by stirring into fresh sour cream or yogurt.  Pair with hearty red wines, pears or apples.  When serving, remove from original package and allow it to breathe, when full flavor and bluing is achieved, serve.
