Our cheesemaker loves chocolate!! He came up with this wonderful concoction all on his own. This is a select Cheddar Cheese that is pasteurized into a creamy process cheese. He then adds real cream, butter, sugar, cocoa, and walnuts! We call it Chocolate Cheese, but it really tastes like fudge. Amazing! Product sold as a whole loaf of 5 lbs.
