A semi-soft cheese, excellent for melting. Muenster is delicious in omelets,
scrambled eggs, quiches.
Mild when young, mellows with age. Traditionally a washed-rind cheese,
in the U.S., the rind may or may not be washed. Ideal for table,
slicing, and melting. Shred over hot vegetables or steamed rice.
Sold as a whole loaf 6 lbs.
