Aged 9 months.  Only the finest "milled curd" cheddars are chosen for aging.  A sharp, but never bitter flavor combines with a creamy finish.  Texture may range from slightly dry to crumbly.  This cheese is naturally aged the old fashioned way.

This product is an entire 5 pound cut. Perfect for a large event or a deli counter.
