Havarti is a traditional semi-soft cheese with very small holes throughout. Same great quality Havarti but with a touch of dill. It is an interior ripened cheese that is rindless, smooth, and slightly bright surfaced with a cream to yellow color. Havarti has a butter aroma and taste, and can be somewhat sweet.
